Data controller

ProSermon is responsible for the personal data used to provide the application. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to suporte@prosermon.com.

Data we collect

We collect the information you provide when registering — name, email address, and phone number — and content you choose to save, including sermons, topics, dates, locations, notes, drawings, and Bible references. We may also receive technical information required for security, authentication, and troubleshooting, such as IP address, device type, and access logs.

Microphone and voice search

The microphone is accessed only after you grant permission and while you activate the voice command. Audio is processed by the device speech-recognition service to convert your request into text. On Apple devices, Apple may process speech according to the device settings. ProSermon does not record or store microphone audio on its servers. Typed search remains available.

Purposes and legal bases

• Create and authenticate your account and synchronize your content.
• Provide sermon preparation, Bible search, and presentation features.
• Provide support, prevent abuse, and protect service security and stability.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We process data to provide the service you request, with consent where required, and in limited cases based on legitimate security and product-improvement interests. We do not sell personal data, serve targeted advertising, or track you across apps.

Service providers and international transfers

We use Supabase for authentication, database services, and related infrastructure. Apple may process spoken searches when system speech recognition is used. These providers may process data in other countries and apply their own contractual and technical safeguards.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained while your account remains active or as needed to provide the service and comply with law. You can initiate permanent deletion under My Account. Your account, sermons, profile, and associated data are deleted; protected technical copies may remain temporarily in backups until replaced through the normal retention cycle.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, portability, restriction, objection, or deletion, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact suporte@prosermon.com to exercise these rights.

Children

ProSermon is a professional sermon-preparation tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s data without authorization required by applicable law.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product or applicable law changes. The date above identifies the latest version, and material changes will be communicated through the service when appropriate.
